Return
We want you to feel like every item is the perfect match for your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund or store credit of your purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs and 30% restocking fees.
Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. We are not able to take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Please pack your items to be returned securely in the original packaging.
If you choose to return your item, please contact our customer service number and we will be glad to assist you.
Failure to accept delivery may result in freight carrier/delivery company sending it back to our distribution center. Returned shipment will be treated as a cancellation subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee, plus shipping both ways fee.
If our product was offered with free shipping (in select areas), please be aware that if you return one of these items, our outbound and inbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Assembly fees are not refundable.

Cancellation
Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a limited period of time in which your order can be canceled. Orders may be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of placement without incurring any restocking fees or delivery costs. KAMROX is only able to accept cancellation requests via e-mail or a phone call, followed by an e-mail contact@kamrox.com or call (888) 509-0207.
Please follow the directions below to submit a cancellation request. Once an order is in our distribution center being prepared for shipping or is already in transit via our suppliers, it cannot be canceled without the customer paying round trip shipping fees and a 30% restocking fee.
Contact us to submit your cancellation request to our customer service department, please include your order number.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing: if we did not receive an email request to cancel the order, your order will not be canceled.
KAMROX is unable to cancel an order once it has shipped or been prepared for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order as requested, you may return the product under our Return Policy. If your order has successfully been canceled, KAMROX will process the refund back within 2-3 business days.

Non-Returnable & Special Order
KAMROX sells products from some manufacturers that are custom made or special order. These items are non-returnable and non-cancellable once the order has been placed.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents and packaging and confirmed to be unaltered, unused, and undamaged, the refund credit process will begin.
Customers will be refunded via the same method in which the item was purchased. Refunds are typically issued within 2-10 business days of final approval. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Mattresses & Foundations Return Policy
No returns for mattresses, box springs and other bedding products.

Large Appliance & Furniture Return Policy
You can return a large appliance within 14 days of delivery as long as it has not yet been installed or assembled and is returned in the original packaging. In some cases, you might have to pay the manufacturer’s restocking fee.
Before installing the appliance, please double check the following when it arrives:
1. Scan the box for damage.
2. Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.
3. Remove the packaging and inspect the appliance & furniture.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance or assembled furniture, it cannot be returned.

Please Note: Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged.
