NATIONWIDE DELIVERY AND SAME DAY DISPATCH IN SELECT AREAS*
Your responsibility to ensure that:
  • You are required to measure home entryways, doorways, up stairwells, down halls, and around corners to ensure the new furniture will fit into the desired location. A 30% restocking fee will apply to merchandise returned as a result including any delivery fees.
  • You protect your floors from damage by laying rugs, blankets, or cardboard down prior to delivery. KAMROX will not be responsible for damage to any floors.
  • Orders that are cancelled or rescheduled outside of the appropriate time frames will be charged the appropriate fees (including any additional re-delivery fees) and may impact the delivery date.
  • An authorized adult 18+ with government-issued photo ID is present to accept delivery and sign a delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a delivery fee to reschedule or in the case of In-Home Delivery, your delivery may automatically be changed to Standard Delivery by KAMROX.
  • If you discover damages after the delivery is made, contact Customer Service number within 24 hours otherwise, we won't be responsible for damaged and open box items return.

Please note the following:
  • The shipping and handling fee will be automatically calculated during checkout according to your shipping service selection. Available shipping methods vary by destinations.
  • Assembly services and packaging removal are not included unless otherwise stated and pay for the service(s).
  • Delivery team are not permitted to remove, move or stage any furniture currently in your home.
  • Delivery team are not permitted to move or set up electrical equipment (other than electrical equipment being delivered by KAMROX).
  • Delivery team will not place rugs under existing furniture.
  • If you choose the assembly option at checkout, our expert technicians will assemble your item(s) upon delivery.
  • Desired locations must be clear and safely accessible for delivery team to complete delivery.
  • Elevator is required if delivery is above two flights of stairs.
  • KAMROX reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any serviceable damage or defect noted at the time of delivery.
  • Mattress removal is part of full-service delivery only and is not available in all markets and does not include disassembling existing bed frames. KAMROX will not remove used mattresses that are contaminated and pose a risk to delivery team, new products or equipment, including those mattresses that are stained, soiled or wet.

***We are unable to ship/deliver to some restricted ZIP codes where transportation by ferry is required.***

Delivery Methods

Store Pickup
  • You pick up your furniture from our local pickup location in Orange County, California.
  • Pickup by appointment only. We notify you when your order is ready for pick up.
  • Government-issued photo ID & signature required to pick up the item(s).

Standard Delivery (Curbside)
  • The delivery team will unload the item(s) and place it on the curb outside your home.
  • You are not required to be home to accept the delivery and a signature is not needed.
  • Your item(s) will be delivered as long as the delivery team determines the area is secure.
  • Assembly not included.
  • No removal of boxes or debris.

In-Home Delivery
  • The delivery team will bring your item(s) inside your home and place it in your room of choice.
  • Please contact us if you need to reschedule your delivery.
  • For In-Home Delivery, if no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a delivery fee to reschedule.
  • Government-issued photo ID & signature required.
  • Assembly not included.
  • No removal of boxes or debris.

Ground Delivery
  • We are pleased to offer Ground Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.
  • Once your item(s) arrives at the carrier's pick-up location, the shipping company will call you to set up a delivery appointment.
  • Ground Delivery commitment times vary by region and service level.
  • Government-issued photo ID & signature required.
  • Assembly not included.
  • No removal of boxes or debris.
